Salsa!

This is so easy it doesn't deserve to be called a recipe. More like, 'mix'...

Ingredients:

  • One large can of crushed tomatoes (you can use a similarly sized can of whole tomatoes, but you'll need to puree them in a blender)
  • One regular can of Rotel Tomatoes and Green Chilies. There are three variations, mild, regular, and hot; whichever floats your boat.
  • One bunch of green onions, chopped. The chopping will be the majority of the effort expended.
  • Two heaping tablespoons of minced garlic, the kind you buy in the jar, refrigerated.

Mix all of the above in a bowl. That's it. Really.
