Software/website

This site is powered by a Perl script I wrote to make managing websites easier. It's a bit of blog, a bit of content manager, and a bunch of "let's see what works ." I use it here for the familys' sites as well as at work on intranet sites.

As written, I run website on Apache on both Linux and Windows, as well as IIS (on Windows, of course). It includes a separate site editor, called edit.cgi, that allows web-based editing of pages as well as posting news entries and uploading other files. Pages are written using a combination of html tags and "#directives" - I #-ed the most tedious parts of html. website also uses a html template file for common formatting.

I've just CM-baselined the first version; I'll pack it up and post it here in a few days...
